Shockwave and Flash Player Plugins

Trouble Loading Games?                                                                                             If you receive an error message while trying to load our games, there are a few common causes.

This section relates to the the Shockwave Games and Flash content on the Binglotto Homepage. If you are experiencing problems concerning these areas, please follow the guide below.

If the movies do not show, you should receive an update option for the players, if not, you can download them from the link below by selecting the right Version and Browser type.

From the link above you will find the needed Shockwave and Flash Players and also the Uninstallers for each player. It is sometimes necessary to uninstall a previous version of the Shockwave and Flash Players that might still be on your computer or in some cases, a bad installation can prevent you from correctly displaying Macromedia contents.

To check what version of Shockwave you have, from within any of our games you may press CTRL+V to see your Shockwave version. Please send us this version if you are having troubles.

We recommend that you install the Full Shockwave Player instead of the Slim version.

Finally we recommend that you clear your browser cache/temporary internet files. Many problems are caused because the browser tries to load corrupted images from cache instead of the proper images from the game server
 

Sun Java Plugin

In order to view the Free Bingo and Binglotto Games ( pay and free), you need to have the Sun Java Plugin installed

This page will run an automatic configuration test to see if you have the latest Sun Java Plugin, already installed. If you do not have the installation, it should automatically try to install the software for you.

There is also a manual download available, if the automatic download does not work for you. You can select the correct Operating System and Browser type, with download instructions provided.


If you have Microsoft Java installed, this can sometimes conflict with the Sun Java Plugin.
You will need to uncheck Microsoft Java from your Browser. This can be performed by following the provided steps below:
     

AOL USERS

If you are an AOL user, you might experience some display problems if you are not using Internet Explorer or Netscape, when accessing the Pay Bingo and Casino Games.
